Complex and aromatic wine, matured and aged in oak barrels for a year, giving it a roasted taste of maple syrup which comes from the estate. It has an amber golden brown colour. Aromas of maple butter and sweet caramel. Smooth and warm on the palate with an alcoholic maple taffy finish.
